Scheduled zoom class
Have a personalised session on Zoom with one of our instructors. They will tailor the class to suit your needs and anyone who can’t join will be sent a recording of the class via Youtube.

Have the convenience of doing a MatWorks Pilates class whenever it suits your staff. We will send you a recorded class via Youtube so that staff can pick and choose to do the class when suits them!

Please follow our Cancellation Policy. We require 24 hours notice to cancel a class or you will be charged as if you attended. Cancelling by phone call or text is usually the best way.
Payments can be made in one lump sum by the company.

Our instructors are all experienced in dealing with a range of levels in every class, so whether you are a novice or a seasoned professional we will be able to tailor the session to your needs.
No. You can access Zoom via web browser, but sometimes the loading speed is effected. Zoom is easy to download and free. Just go to https://zoom.us/download
You will just need enough space for yourself to lay on a mat if you have one and stretch out you arms either side of you. Pilates mats are a standard size of 180cmx66cm so you can calculate the appropriate amount of space needed if necessary. If you don’t have a mat then you can just use a towel!
No. We can improvise with common household equipment. But if you are investing long term into your Pilates practice, we can definitely source equipment for your staff to then use in our classes. Just contact us to have a chat about it!
We have many clients and many staff with full schedules. Our staff and their time is very important to us so unfortunately, cancelling last minute means they miss out on the opportunity to fill your spot with another eager client. Since all classes will be recorded via Zoom and sent to your staff as a youtube link, it’s best not to cancel late and just do the recorded class in your own time instead!
