Starting a new form of exercise can be intimidating. We want to make it as easy as possible for you. We suggest starting with 1-3 private sessions so we can run you through the basics.
Pilates for beginners is all about technique, so sometimes if you jump into classes too soon without learning the basics and figuring out how your body works, you end up with bad habits.
It’s important to us that you’re practicing safely and getting the most out of our classes by layering new exercises on top of a strong foundation.
