Reformer Classes
Intro Reformer
Our intro, newbie-level reformer classes are designed for those who are brand new to Pilates and want some pressure-free time to get acquainted. You can expect us to go slow, teach you the basics, and help you feel confident in no time!
Full Body
Our full body reformer classes are a workout that’s easy on joints, effective in enhancing strength and just an all round good time. Our reformer classes are open level, so anyone is welcome to join in.
Feel Good
Again our feel-good, open-level reformer classes are designed to help you slow down, unwind and re-tune. We aim to leave you feeling strong, supple and relaxed. Think of this as a slightly gentler approach to reformer Pilates.
Intermediate/Advanced
Our intermediate/advanced reformer class is aimed at our seasoned movers, who know their bodies well, know the reformer moves well, and want to challenge themselves with something slightly trickier than normal. Don’t think this means it’s going to be a really hard class on your body. The aim here is not to work you to the point that you can’t move tomorrow, but simply to move swiftly through the class and have fun exploring some movements you may not have thought you could achieve!
Blokes Reformer
Our open-level, blokes reformer class is just for the lads! Though you will be taught by one of the MatWorks Girls, you can still have a good chuckle between the boys in this class! No class will ever be exactly the same but we aim to give you a little bit of everything. We will provide you with the perfect dose of what you love and what’s good for you! Beginners are very welcome.
Reformer classes are 50 minutes and limited to 8 people.
